New pics and questions on my 29G

Guys I took some more pics and have some questions. Can anyone tell me what the green feather looking things are in the pictures? Is it bad? Also one rock has a bunch of green algae on it, is this bad and what should I do to get it gone? The tank is now 13 days old and only has two peppermint shrimp.

That looks like caulerpa. If it is, then it's a type of micro algae used in refugiums to reduce nitrates and/or to cultivate pods.

Ok so if that is what it turns out to be should I leave it or do I need to start looking at getting it out some how? Also the green on the one rock, is that bad and if so how can I control it? Thanks for the help!

Is the green on the rock hard?....It may be green coraline

I'm not sure ill check it out tonight and see if it is hard. So will it turn purple?

Not for sure....I have both green and purple in my tanks
