Every thing is finally getting settled in after my sump, skimmer, and filter upgrades and looking better than ever so I thought I would post some pics. I also need to give thanks to Dennis210 and Scopus Tang for the nice frags.Please ID this coral for me

I have a shroom just like that sold to me as a hairy shroom. Im too lazy to look up the scientific name.

nice looking tank. How big is that sally lightfoot? looks huge. Any issues with it bothering fish or corals? Love the crocea and blue zoos.

The sally lightfoot is about 4" wide to the tips of the legs and body is about 1 1/4" Wide. It is huge and probably one of my favorite creatures in my tank has tons of persinality. Whenever I put anythin in my tank it has to try and take it away from me especially feeding sticks and syringes. I never have had any problems with it and the corals other than it occasionally crawls across them or will eat any dietris out of them when I add new ones especially zoas they seem to always have lots of stuff down inside the mat and she will clean them up. The zoas don't seem to appreciate it much at the time but are fine afterwords. The only time it bothers fish is when it has a piece of food and the fish try to take it away then she will defend herself. Most of the fish have gotten the idea and leave her alone but occasionaly they forget and she reminds them who is boss.

Had to throw that pic in there and remind me how much I dislike my Point and shoot camera
I didn't realize how much I am really starting to like my 30D until I took these and some other pics for my mom yesterday. I thought they looked okay until comparing them with yours and now all I can see is how grainy they are.
Need to get a shorter lense for my 30D so I can start using it to take pics of my tank instead.

Is number 2 all the way open? Looks kinda like caulastrea. Maybe candycane. The 3rd looks like pocillopora. Nice looking whatever they are!

Not sure if it all the way open or not it looked the same at the LFS and has only been in my tank since Friday.
Pocillopora is what I was thinking too just wasn't sure since many of the pictures that I looked at had pointed branches instead of blunt branches wasn't sure if that was a charicteristic of birdsnest or not.

I actully have a book the picture of pocillopora is blunted, and pink just like yours. I have noticed that in the trade that LFS dont name things correctly. This happens for many different reasons, uninformed, they guess, sps corals are not always easy to tell apart, there are many outside factors to how a sps coral looks and grows,all corals for that matter. The only things that are certian are that its sps, its in the acro family. Its sometimes hard to tell from pictures. Today the other one kinda looks like some sort of suncoral, to me. Has it done anything yet? do you check it when the lights are off?

I dont' think it is a sun coral I will see what happens after the light go out tonight though. I am leaning towards some sort of brain coral but haven't been able to nail down anything specific haven't found any pics that match yet. Thought I would add this coral is about 2" wide and each head is about 3/4" - 1" in diameter.

The base looks kinda "tall" thats why I said candycane first. But I havent seen anything like it with all the little spikes on it. Maybe an "open" brain coral. Dosnt look like favia, favites, or acan.
