New pink square Anthia is Sick (ID This?)

Just bought him Thursday. He is in QT tank with 2 females.
They are all eating fine. I don't know what to do.

Can you describe what that looks like? The picture is rather blurry.

Kinda like a string completly attached to his body.
The bad thing is he seems to be getting another one on the same side.
I will try to get another pic. I think he is going down fast.
Hopefully this wont spread to the other 2 fish in the QT.

It doesn't look like that --yet anyway.
I don't know what to treat for at this point.. I am feeding mysis soaked in garlic.
The other fish are not showing any signs of it yet.
BTW: I am so glad I QT fish before I put them in my DT. Makes this situation a lot less stressful.

I agree, lymphocyctis.
Optimize the water conditions in the QT, and offer the fish high quality food, with zoecon supplementation. Feed twice a day.
