Here are some updated pics of my 120g reef tank. We went to the LFS this weekend and got 2 new shrimp, 2 new clams, and a new rock, so I thought it was time for another photo shoot.
1. FTS
2. Left side
3. Right side
4. 1 of my 2 mandarins
5. Group shot of one of my clowns and my baby sailfin

1. Devils hand and the top view of a new clam
2. Large green brain coral
3. Brown and periwinkle maze brain
4. Red brain coral that I bought from here
5. Torch coral that came as a hitch hiker on a GSP rock that I bought from here.
I'll have more tomorrow. I still have to resize them.
And yes there is some cyano but I'm working on it.

yeah, it's really natural looking. I see a lot of aquascapes that just look like stacked up rocks, but yours look great

I'm 17 btw. And I love this hobby. This tank is a group effort between me and my dad. I got him into the hobby when I took him the the fish store and showed him their display tank. I'm moving out soon and hopefully he has learned enough to keep the tank running.

you can keep 2 madarians together? I thought they like fight to the death unless you had an aquarium over 600g

I wouldn't recommend keeping 2 mandarins in the same tank, especially if they are both males like mine are. They occasionally fight, but there is no lasting damage and both are healthy and eating, so right now I don't see a problem. Plus it's more of a hassle to both the fish if I try to get one out, so I'll just let things be for now.

Here's the last 4 pics that I didn't have time to resize yesterday.
1. Clam corner. The 2 smaller ones are the new ones that we just got this weekend.
2. My frogspawn that almost died due to ALK issues but it is now healthy again and starting to grow.
3. A SPS hitchiker that I got on a rock of neon green striped mushrooms from the LFS.
4. A rock of orange zoas.
5. An older shot of those same zoas to compare growth.
I might take some more pics today. I'm feeling creative. :joy:

Very Nice! How long have you had your Dragonets.
I've read (and been told) they can be hard to keep and need a well established tank (which yours looks to be). Do you do any special feeding?

Actually I was lucky and both my dragonets ate prepared food right off the bat. They are both fat. Prolly the fattest fish I have. I've had 1 since August and the other since November.
On another note. Looks like I'm going to have to sell the tank. My dad told me today that I better have it gone by the time I leave for college or he's going to sell it and keep all the money.

You are kidding?! That's to bad. Sounded like he might take care of it for you, but guess not.
Well, you'll have the experience to start again when you get out of college. Maybe you can have a Nano tank to take with you.
