New Royal Gramma!

Well, I brought home a Royal Gramma today!
It's a great little fish, right now it is trying to figure out what PVC is, and defendin it's new home from the evil gramma in the glass.
I'll try to get pics tomorrow, if the little guy cooperates.

This is my second one, unfortionately my first one decided to jump in thr middle of the night. But, now my tanks is completely covered, and I don't think it can get out.
It took a flake this morning, and will have some nice mysis to eat tonight.

LOL...A Royal Gramma I had years ago would make ugly faces at the purple fire fish...Those colors are so beautiful..I now have a purple Friedmani dottyback..the colors of those fish are just stunning…too bad we can keep only one per tank.

It makes me laugh how nervous they are. If you just move, it darts into it's "cave" (PVC pipe in the qt) and plays dead. It will be fun in the DT.
Lol, my clowns make me laugh too. My blenny swims around, picking at rocks, ignoring the clowns, and then the follow, picking at the same spots.

Or if you knew him...LOL...You would know that Joe is also known as the RG killer....LOL...He can not keep one for some reason

Ah yes, I forgot about that. He commented about that when I got my first one.

I'm another one who's not allowed to buy another Royal Gramma. I've gone through three, and that's my limit.

I'm pretty sure Joe has me beat, though.
It's too bad, too....I love those little guys!

Yes it was a sea turtle and i have attempted 5 RGs i even started a thread from the time i brought the fish home through QT and introduction into my DT

Hey Joe, I can keep a RG…but I can’t get my tank to keep those awesome corals with all that color, like you have. I would be happy to trade your dilemma with mine. I love your tank!

Well my first gramma never made it to the DT, so I hope I have better luck with this one.
So far it is doing fine. Very active.
