yes, green hair algea ...
i had bought some new bulbs and "BLAME" there it is ...
i started feeding every other day
i bought more crabs and snails (which i needed anyways)
and cut the time down on my lights
fighting hair algea is a long battle

omg ur tank is awesome! i have a 55gallon too, i want mine to loook like that. ur Tang LOOKS sooo great! i should of got a hippo, their so pretty

wow nice tank! i have a 55 too i jst got new lights for christmas so i can finally get nice corals hopefully it can look likes urs in 2 years and in that other pic is that a henfri dartfish dont kno the name exactly but it is the more expensive one? i want one so badd but i am scared cause the price tagg has he been easy to take care of? if that is one lol

yea, thats a Helfrichi's Firefish and yes they are a little pricey
as easy to care for as the other firefish, known as a jumper though.

hey steve lookin good havent scene you around much but your tanks lookin just great... im thinking its time for some more sps
let me know ... your corals all look happy and healthy thats always good to see and its a nice balance of species

Awesome looking tank, like Murph said, you have a very nice balance of species. The image of the Orange monti growing around the shrooms is really nice. You've achieved that "natural look" with your aquascaping
