does anyone have any tips on caring for them?
thankyou very much
Nothing really. You can try target feeding him. It's not a something you need to do but it's cool when he starts crawling on your hand once he gets used to you. I've never had a skunk but I used to have a fire shrimp which is similar.
the only way i can think of removing nutrients is doing a water change.
how much did u buy ur shrimp?
there was a fish store that is about 20 mins away from me and one time they where over stocked with skunk cleaner shrimp that they where selling 2 for $10. i was freaking out but i already had a mated pair and i didnt want to mess their relationship up. if i had 55gal+ tank i would have bought like 10 of them. it was a really good deal!
better be one good shrimp!!!!!!!
p.s. ya thats the only way i know how to remove nutreince
and how many skunks cleaner shrimps would you recomend in a 26 gallon reef tank???

Shrimp like to be in caves...once it gets used to the tank you may see it more.
I would probably only keep one cleaner in the 26g...that's only my opinion though
