OH your banner fish is a wee little guy, he almost looks like a freshwater angelfish..LOL..they are not that cute once they are big...he will grow fast so like meowzer said, you must take him back.
Until your tank is cycled at least once, you can't keep any fish in there, nitrites and ammonia are deadly, and make the fish suffer as well, if not kill them right off.
Your bioload is greater than your good bacteria can keep up with. So get rid of the fish and wait. Then after nitrites and ammonia are at 0 and stay there for a week....add one fish at a time or two clowns. No more than that and let weeks pass between adding another critter so the tank can rebalance with good bacteria to combat the new addition.
A quarntine tank is ideal, it lets you makes sure your fish are healthy, and it creates time between adding new fish too fast. SG should be 35 to 37 ppt on a refractometer, and 1.024 to 1.026 on a hydrometer.
It's hard to tell in a picture...rock must be on the bottom and sand around it. Otherwise it could shift and crush critters or break the tank, if you did put the rock in first..good...or you must move the sand to one side and put the rock on the bottom, and push the sand back around it. Also I think you need a little more rock.
Aside from adding the fish too fast..... you haven't done anything unfixable. In such a small tank I'm afraid a few fish is all you will be able to keep. After the tank cycles...The clowns are a fine choice and if you add some more rocks you can add (but only ONE) dwarf angelfish (all have sharp bright color...bicolor, flame, Lemonpeel or coral beauty) or maybe an Orchid dottyback OR
Rayal gramma

I hate to disagree with your Flower...BUT I WOULD not add a dwarf angel to a small tank like this
the 2 clowns and MAYBE a firefish.....or 2 clown gobies IMO would be plenty
ONLY AFTER he gets his parameters in check.....the only reason I did not sugegst getting rid of the 2 clowns is because he has to try to convince the store to take the other 3 fish back, and IMO the 2 clowns can handle what is going on in the tank right now.....
after getting rid of the other 3 fish...I suggest another small water change W/O stirring sand.....and
what are you feeding the fish? ALSO...I don't remember if you have any cuc (clean up crew) or not.......

We live and we learn buddy.
I did plenty of this in my early days and I still do time to time.
Hang in there and I hope everyone survives!

Dwarf angels go in and out of rock and a 29g is plenty of room. My book says 20g is adequate.

I understand most books and sites say minimum tank 30G...BUT IMO they are very active...I just personally could not see one in a small tank like that

Oh with enough rock, sure. 20g
minimum for an adult dwarf angel. I agree they are active and swim all the time but not like a tang. They swim in and out of the rocks. I would put one in a 30g without a concern at all. They do need lots of rock work and plenty of tunnels to be happy.

sorry guys for the late reply, I really appreciate your help.. I was extremely busy so i couldn't reply, my current parameters are:
SP Grav: 1.024
PH: 8.2
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0 or 0.1 id say
Nitrates: 5
I now only have 2 clown fish, 1 yellow tail damsel, 1 fire shrimp and 1 cleaner shrimp
here is the pic of my tank with another piece of LR

for some reason, the pic would only appear rotated :S
