I am not sure about the compatiblity with trigger.
That Blue Hippo is lovely,
I am getting one next week,
I put one on hold already, can't wait to bring him home!!

yes, 500 for all lr, 6 fish are in tank, 2 most noticable would be the blue hippo, and a large yellow tang, as well, the grown, 2 year ols anemone...i think it is a pretty good deal...im from canada, eh

not too sure, originally she wanted 800 for the entire tank, a 55 with sump and everything in it, stand and all.
wasnt the most attractive thing tho, the inside of the tank is above par, but the tanka nd sump was not impressive, i told her i just wanted the guts, and she said 500...i am thinking of going and taking a look this week as the seller lives fairly close to me, the only thing is...as you know...my tank is mid cycle...it is much too soon to add such contents as this correct?

that's true.
or you can pay her and ask her if you can just leave them there for awhile.
once the tank is done with the cycle, then you can add them in. but it's kinda risky

well, with a few fishes in a 120g volume tank, hopefully the amo and nitrate spike wont kill your fishes, but make sure don't feed them much for at least in the next 2 weeks. you will be ok.
what kind of water did you use? not tap water, is it?

I am surprised your nemo still live!!
You will have and continue to have the brown stuff if you keep using tap water and it is toxic to your fishes.
you need to use DI/RO water.
it's expensive, but if you want a healthy fish tank and a pristine looking tank, you have to use DI water.

Hmmm.... watch those levels and keep up the water changes. The 5 others refers to five more fish? Really watch ammonia and nitrites and hope the biological filtration takes a foothold soon. In the meantime I think you should either take them out (not always an option unless you have another big cozy tank) or keep up with water changes to keep the levels below toxicity. Correct me if i'm wrong anyone.

i am going to do a water change tomorow, and when re adding water, will buy the pre mixed ( i assume RO) water from big als...that way im not adding any moer tap water....and as for brown stuff....it will go away on its own eventually...or turns to green...and then goes away.????
as well...RO = reverse ozmosis correct?

I suggest you not buying the combo package for $500.
cuz, there is still quite a learning curve for you to go.
Don't add anything else in the tank and start doing some good reading over this hobby.
You need to start out with a good book at a book store and read everything.
then go on here, type in whatever you look for in the Search key and read more.
