DI is Deionized water.
Keep PH at 8.2 or lil higher
Keep SG at 1.023
Keep Alk at 9 to 11
Keep temp at 78
Keep everything else at 0.
and stop using tap water, please.
expect brown stuff to stick around for awhile cuz you have a larger volume of water than mine.
green stuff is a different kind of algae and it comes after the brown.
the brown doesn't turn to green.

Nemo is really hardy. But that was on heck of a kick for him, I am sure. glad he made it.

use a vacuum hose and suck all the brown and green stuff out.
and turn off the light. If you want to view the tank, turn the light on at a very short period of time. Light makes brown and green grow faster.
Brown will go away as your tank age. Green is because of the bioload. As long as you feed your fish just right and keep changing the water as scheduled, the green will go away as your tank age.
