Been a while since I posted and now I have great news
! I finally sold my paintball gun and can upgrade to my dream tank! 40 breeder here I come
!
But I am running into some logistical problems. I'll do my best to explain but let me know if you guys need clarification.
Here is my situation: I am currently living with my in-laws while my family waits for a short sale home to close. We've been waiting forever but should be moving in by the end of February (keep your fingers crossed). I have my 29g set up and running here without any big hitches thankfully.
Here is my dillema: I'm torn about whether I should set up the tank here and just move it when we close the house or if I should wait to set it up when we are settled in.
Here are the problems I'm facing with the dillema:
1) Space is kinda limited but it would be doable to set up the tank at the in-laws
2) I need to use the stand my 29g is on for the 40b and it will require some minor modifications to get it to fit and look nice.
3) I'll be drilling the 40b so drilling and making sure the plumbing works will take time but not a month to do it.
So should I get it running at the in-laws and just move the tank when we get the house (something I'll do for 29g anyway)? Or should I get the tank, drill it, plumb it and just wait to get it running when I can set it in the house?
Thanks for your help and any opinions (as long as they are smart) are welcomed.
