Go to Petsmart or ***** and buy a stand for the 75g. Or go to that list that Craig handles and search for some stand steals.
As far as the deal you got...pretty damn good. IMO, I would setup your 38g and the 75. Put an undulated in the 75 and maybe something else. In the 38g, I would put in some frogfish...I was tempted to buy 2 black ones for my nano but couldnt stomache 300 for both.

They are not as common due to the fact that they are real A holes . Only the keeper that wants to see true carnage keeps them. If you want to have something that is truely more rare . Go for a some kind of frog fish . Not the most active . Or you could go for a larger mantis . YES I KNOW YOUR TANK IS GLASS . But there are there are ways around that . You could get a spearer. Or there are spieces of mantis that are a lot less likely to strike the glass . you can cut a sheet of acrylic (avalible at homedepot)to cover the bottom of the tank so when they are burrowing the are hitting the acrylic instead of the glass .

Dont get discouraged . Stop take a breath and realize not all is hopless . One thing about SW is you must have patientce or you will not make it long . best idea is to look around the web figure out what you want to keep and then plan a tank around it . Not get a tank and then try to figure out what rare fish you can put in it . One thing about fish that are not kept is there is a reason .Mostly because they need special care . Dont get discouraged for now get your tank set up and get you a dwarf lion . Nice looking fish in my opinion and can be quiet fun . Add a small angel and enjoy it while you get used to aggresive fish and save for a larger tank.

You might find a good deal on like a 100 gallon then you can get some killers.

Haha youre just the tank dealer huh. 100 gallon would open up more doors as well. Despite killers, you might be able to keep a tang or two in a 100, which would be very colorful and active.

In a 100 gallon tank you could do a lot more !
You could easily have two or three triggers a Dog face puffer a tang of sorts yellow , purple or even a black if you wanna go more rare, and an eel . Thats what I had in my 125 . I tried to add a 4th trigger and that was too much it started a war got rid of #4 and life went back to normal. Just remember bigger tank needs better filtration too .

I mean bigger filtration . Sorry it won't let me edit that post .
Make a list of the fish you want and prioritize it . Then we can help you better . but with the 100 your options are a lot bigger .

- hopefully a emperor angel if possible
- a handful of assorted damsels as food for the killers

What kind of trigger ? If your looking for blood to be spilled an undulated is top notch choice for the 100 . you could go with either a snow flake or a zebra eel .
