A tip for downloading any anti-virus/trojan/malware software while your computer is infected, is to rename the file svchost.exe before you D/L. The malware can't block all "svchost"s as that's typically what the virus uses.
The best, well definitely the most powerful anti-virus software, is ComboFix. If all other avenues don't work to rid the virus, D/L ComboFix (only from bleepingcomputer) as svchost.exe, and you problems should go away.
