obviously your tank is drilled...mine is not so I will have to use an overflow...I see the 2 gray hoses from pro skimmer into tank, and from pump into tank. What are the other hoses for?

WOW so many hoses....I was thinking there would be 2...LOL
LOL...It is really not that bad. I am not even close to being a good plumber and it only took me about 1 hr. I have 2 overflows so it is 2 drain hoses, 1 hose from the pump with splitter and 2 lines back into the returns.

The 2 gray hoses are from the overflow into the skimmer, the clear hosing is the return lines from the pump back into the tank.

So if I have one overflow I only need 2 hoses? One from overflow to skimmer....one from pump to overflow? Something seems to be missing...LOL...I guess when I have all the parts in hand it will make more sense..

As I said before, I am new to this but I think that should be right. One hose from the overflow into the skimmer chamber and one hose from the pump back into the tank. Good luck!

My friend if it was my setup I would look at doing the majority of my plumbing with PVC I like the ability to add valves and couplings for maintenance and flow regulation. I also like the safety of clued connections as apposed to hose clamps Once you get your system put it in place take a pic before any plumbing and open it up for discussion

If you ever want to travel to South Carolina, I'll pay you to change my hose system out to PVC with valves !!!! Where in Florida are you ? I moved here from West Palm Beach and before that lived in Key West for a long time.
