Like I said above, its so bad even the users disgust themselves, but when you quit and try talking to someone that has a big dumpster lip full. You fixate on it.

It does not bother me at all anymore. I actually feel sorry for those that are still stuck in the literal hell of being addicted. Soul searching, praying, and true grit made it happen.

Quitting is easy..........I do it all the time........
The actual quitting part is odd, I dont have withdrawls or ect, I just get doing something in the shop and like have a ritual where I lay out my tools, finish my parts, then smoke and then get back to work. Or when finished, I just stop and smoke then put everything away and cleanup. Jobs like painting the house or other tasks. Theres always that pause in the project that has been for so long the time to smoke um if ya got um. At work or camping ect its really not much issue, but when in the shop it just fits so well thats the hardest part to break, the ritual.

Barry. Sounds like you are doing good man!
It is a great feeling when you can't remember how long it has been, and have to think about it.

I reached my weight loss goal. I was 196 when I started my diet after New Years and I reached my goal of 175 today. I weighed in at 174.4.
