Not A Newbie - But Took A Loooong Vacation - Advice Needed

Hello all!
So after a LONG time away from marine aquariums, I've decided to take the plunge again. My user profile will probably show how old my account is...LOL!
Anyways, I've decided to do a nano reef tank with a few small fish.
Here's the specifics, and what I plan to do:
37 gallon rectangle aquarium
Emporer 400 filter
Seaclone Protein Skimmer
Live Sand
Live Rock
This is my plan for cycling the tank and getting going. However, I can't decide if I should go wet/dry, and also not sure if I should get two 25lb bags of live sand or just one. I guess I can always add another bag later.
My fish plans are:
1 Maroon Clown
1 Blue Cheek Goby
1 Flame Hawk
If I decide to do hardly any coral, I'm going to get a small porcupine puffer.
Does anyone see anything that stands out as a giant "NOOOO!" ?
Thanks!
David

37 gal wont be big enough even for a small one.

I came back after a long break as well. You can find my return thread in the nano section of the forum. Maybe some of my fumbles and mistakes as I re-started the hobby can help you restart into yours.
Good luck.
Oh, and I'd say no puffer.

You can get a bag of plain sw sand...and a small bag of live sand to seed it.....IDK anything about puffers though
otherwise sounds good to me...except I am surprised no one criticized the Seacone skimmer.....they are ok IMO for a CHEAPO skimmer....but there are soooo many better ones out there
