Look up "The Sneaky Chef"
For those of you who have kids, and want them to eat food that's a little more healthy, this is GREAT! It still tastes like the normal food (nuggets, spaghetti, burgers, etc) but every recipe has something healthy in it.
She makes purees of healthy things (ie: carrots, sweet potato, spinach, fruits) and adds them to simple normal recipes.
I have a niece that will ONLY eat pizza and nuggets! Her mom feels a little better giving her these recipes (while she tries in the meantime to get her to eat other things)
And, my best friend, who is also a new mom, is very very picky and doesn't like almost all veggies. She makes these for her daughter and she herself actually likes the food too, even though she knows it has things she wouldn't normally eat.
