Official 155g bowfront build...

So yesterday with the help of several awesome local reefers I got my new tank in the house.
This is the start of the new tank build... I look to have this think up and running in the next few weeks.
I have alot of work to do, as you can see I have alot of work to do in the canopy alone. lol Its such a cluster in there.
Im going to turn the wet,dry into a fuge/sump.
Now on to the pictures... sorry for the crappy pictures, I had to take pictures with my camera phone. I seem to have lost my rechargable batteries for my camera.

you can see in this picture all of the work that needs to be redone to this lighting setup lol.

and it looks like my cat has already renamed my beer ledge as the cat ledge. lol

and late last night I starting giving everything a good vinegar bath.

stay tuned for more... and suggestions are always welcome.

Looks good, can't wait to see it with things in it. Turning the wet/dry to a refuge/sump is a good idea. P.S how do your dog and cat get along? Seems like they would fight.

Cool, we use to have a cat with our dogs but my dad and sis are alergic. That is sad. What are you planning on keeping in the tank?

lol thanks, the hood is pretty big, but I like it, The previous owner built the stand and canopy out of oak wood and stained it.

Are you using spray on or paint polyurithane?

yeah thats why i went with the paint on. the spray just doesnt do the job. its like the easy way out but doesnt give me the security that its sealed. lol

I got no good paint brushes to apply it on so when you paint it all of the prisals come off and it just looks like crap.
