I really question whether it's a good idea to order when it is cold. I live in Tucson and even though it doesn't get as cold as most places (30-70) i have never received anything that wasn't dangerously cold. In fact I ordered from this site and the items arrived cold even though they were packed in styrofoam and with heat packs. The heat pack were cold also. After tracking the item I found that it arrived from Florida to Memphis (hub) at 11pm at night and sat there for about 5 hours before going on to Tucson. The water was 68 degree. Although everything was healthy (hawaiian trigger and mushroom ricordea). It was touchy acclimating for about 6 hours but everything was ok. It was a bit scary and it makes me question whether some shipping destinations to cold climates might fair worse.
