This is what happens when you are cleaning your tank and pick up a rock with 10 plus brissle worms under it.

Well the swelling is starting to go down in those first two fingers, but man do they ich and are sore.

I must have been lucky - I've pulled that stunt and had a half dozen bristle worms fall into the palm of my hand when I was pulling a rock, and never gotten tagged by them. Of course I squeaked like a little girl when it happened, but I didn't get stung.
What's the treatment regimen for bristle worm stings? Hot water and vinegar?
Oh, BTW, I like the new profile pic!

I just washed it good in warm water. I know in a few days the skin will start to peel around the sting.

For most of the common Bristleworms soaking in straight vinegar will quickly dissolve the bristles and neutralize any leftover venom. There are a few Bristleworms that have silica bristles and elmers glue seems to work best on those.
