Overrun with Bristleworms

i have a 10 gallon nano and it's about a month old with a few corals and a watchman goby. i just noticed that there are about 40 bristleworms in the ranging from a half an inch to about 3 inches long...is there a way to get rid of them before they become out of control? i wouldn't mind having a few but i know there are to many in the tank.

You could pick them out with tweezers and trade them for corals or something, I know they sell them on the worlds largest auction site.

Yeah, I guess they do, I thought it was weird but alot of people like them and need them sometimes.

well i've had my 55 gallon for over a year and i never seen one until last night. maybe i should try and transplant some to the 55. there's so many haha

i like brissle worms in my tank.. as long as they arnt over 3''... cuzz then they can be a pest.. but you can cut them down by feeding your fish less.. bristsleworms are scavengers that eat uneaten food..

How do they become a pest once they're over 3"?

well they arnt so much as a pest as to say.. but they do craw on stuff and make them close up and if they get big enough like the 8' monster we all know about ( steve west) ... it can eat your coral...

theres probley some type of nudibranch that eats them
