Can someone explain this to me...How can i get more oxygen in my tank or how do i know if I have enough do those bubble things make oxygen for the water..Sounds like a stupid question but i need to know this...how can I get enough oxygen in my tank

Your Skimmer + water surface should supply plenty of gas exchange for your tank. If your having trouble with a low PH and it is solved by opening a window then you may have a problem. If not then don't worry about it.
