They're very very very robust, usually active and death to inverts; but I've never seen one bother another fish. I do know that some do, though.
I love these fish and think the extra $ spent on the Australian variety is well worth it. (I think any Aussie fish is worth the extra $, almost as well captured and handled as Hawaiian fish). The Indian Ocean variety are great fish too, just not quite as colorful and you can never be just how they're caught & handled. The pic on this site is an Aussie; but they sell the I.O. variety. I notice some tusks coming from Bali (part of Indonesia)now. Even though this is still the I.O. variety; the pics I've seen look almost like an Aussie.
These are pretty much summer season fish, so better hurry if you want one this year.
I wasn't talking about the Tusk. I was refering to the some of the other wrasses in the coris family.
And that was still a $250 fish going for a dive...
