What's everyone's opinion of her reinstated 45-day jail sentence?

It's about time that little snot was held accountable for her actions.

I was disgusted yesterday when I heard her doctor was able to spring her and when I heard today that she is going in for the max 45 I laughed my #$#$# off! It's good to see someone who is not able to to take responsibility for her actions have someone else make her.
On the bright side, maybe she'll learn to read or maybe learn how to tell time or count to 10

I feel bad for her. Do you guys really care if she goes to jail or not??? I went to school with her younger brother so i guess i just feel a little more for the situation.

if it was a 'common man ' off the street you wouldnt blink an eye in fact you would probably cry out about the injustice of the whole situation when he got released early , her mommy and daddy bought her way out of everything (and probably paid a good chunk for her early release too) the system is so corrupt that she was allowed to get away withand buy her way out of her crimes before now, but now that there is a public outcry about it they had to put her back in for fear they wouldn't get re-elected if they didn't

Yeah, I feel bad for her, but she did the crime. If you do the crime, you have to do the time. Two of my friends are dealing with the ramifications of driving while intoxicated. One is just now getting her license back after a year with out it and taking mandatory alcoholism classes and monitoring. My other friend just lost his license because he was at the legal limit.
If my friends were to drive with a suspended license and get caught, would they have to go to jail? Probably, would they get out if they weren't eating, or some other medical reason? NO! Do I feel bad that they can't drive, heck yes. I get tired of having to drive all the time, but they have no choice, and they broke the law and are suffering the consequences.
After all don't prisons have infirmaries where they can take care of sick inmates?

Im sorry but this is rediculous. If it wasn't for who she was... she wouldnt be in jail shed have community service. It was a petty crime and nobody got hurt. I know kids who have gotten caught with several ounces of marijuana and they got fines and probation. This is rediculous I am sorry. Its just the blood thirsty media and morons with no life that wants to see somebody better than them suffer. And say what you want... she is better than all of us. Thats a double offense. And what was his prior record. If you understood what I said... she isn't better from a moral standpoint but far more important socially. If you try to argue that point than I feel terrible for you. If they put your mug on the T.V. do you think even 1% of the population could put a name to your face? Of course not.
