PC Bulb life

Does anyone know the lifespan of coral life pc bulbs? I replaced them the begining of Aug 2010. everything still looks good, for now..........

I have a dual satellite on my 54G that I use sunpaq compact fluorescentson and I change them yearly

iv'e read anything from 6 months to a year for PC's

Same here, I had metal halides on my last tank. Now, I just like having a couple fish and corals. Less headache and less $$$. I have also sent an email to coral life, their suggestion will be the least amount of time to help sell their product. Like I said, everything is fine, no more brown crap, for now, corals are fine, except on head of my geren torch has retracted and turned a flourescent yellow? Oh well, its only a frag. Thanks!

What type of light do you have? How many bulbs? You may have to move the torch higher

PC bulbs, I believe that one head of the green torch may have seen its days. Im still waiting on a reply from coral life.
