Peppermint Shrimp Molting question

Recently, I've noticed that one of my peppermint shrimps molted. I removed the molt right away as I didn't know if I should leave it in the tank or not. Now, my second peppermint molted, only it was just the top half of the body with antennas. I've noticed that one of my peppermints is doing a lot of hiding and when i do see him, he's not transparent like he used to be. My second peppermint is out and about doing his thing and he looks transparent.
I'm fairly new to this hobby. Can anyone tell me why my peppermint isn't transperant? I tested my levels and everything is where it needs to be.
(I just have a cleaning crew for now)

Peppermints tend to hide a lot anyways, and after they molt they are a little more vulnerable, so they will stay out of sight even more
Don;t remove the molts...it is actually food...
you also may want to consider getting some snails

I have seen my skunk molt a few times and I always leave the molts as they are gone in a day or 2. I havent seen my pepp molt but I am sure he has as it is larger now than when I got him.
I am guessing that you are fearful that the back half of the molt is stuck to your shrimp yes? If so, no worries, they can get it off if its there, but I doubt it is. Keep an eye on them the next few days and as long as they are hiding and acting normal, no worries.

maybe the one peppermint deceided his job of eating aiptasia and rockig back and forth was getting boring so he decided to changre professions and become a cleaner shrimp instead.
In which case he would no longer be transparent.
This has been a sad attempt at humor. But it's all I could come up with on short notice.

I have a question though, in your post you stated you only have a clean up crew, but then you list 2 fish.??? What size tank do you have and how long has it been set up.
