Peppermint shrimp

I recently added some peppermints to my reef and they seem to be very shy. Is this a common behavior? Whenever I see them they are swaying back and forth as if they are stressed. Is this normal and do they eventually come out?

Swaying is normal. That is just what they do.....They come out mainly at night

I have 4 in a 55 and I never see then just how they are

If they sway back & forth when they see you then they are asking if you want to be cleaned.
Grab a piece of fish food and stick your hand about 6" away from them until they climb on and "clean" you.

Wow. o.o ya that normal for shrimp to be swaying back forth. They are just going with the flow. xD They like to flow with the flow?...
