PH Question

I use the Seachem Marine Buffer and have had no problems. I add the Marine 8.3 buffer to my prepped slatwater before doing my weekly water changes to bring the pH range to that of the tanks. Every 2 weeks I check my Alk and Calcium levels and dose with B-Ionic as needed. I rarely need to dose since the water changes and Seachem seem to keep my alk and calcium within the desired range, but occasionally I will need to raise both levels. My tanks are also considered nanos so maybe that explains my success this far, no SPS either.
