The flow is to hard.because around 11 or 12 little black carbons are tumbling around

The way it was described to me is like this
the top of the media the pellets should be slightly dancing.....HAHA.....nothing should be floating. I have a shut off valve thing to regulate the flow....I just turn it enough so the "pellets' slightly move

A few hours after fixing the setup and I can tell its working correctly now.
