Euphyllia ancora is a great coral to add to a established/balanced system...I've had good luck with them in moderate current/moderate to high lighting. You'll need to have proper calcium/alkalinity levels for them to thrive. Mine like a bit of meaty type foods now and then. The skeleton can be branching or one piece...depends on the type. I keep two varities in my reef....here is the older of the two.

This one was a fairly recent addition and is a cream colored varity...it has two heads instead of a solid skeletal structure...

I knew he would stick his pic on here sooner or later. I was just about to say that Rye has probably the most magnificent branching hammer i have ever seen. Would defenitely like to get my hands on something similar, but my LFS doesnt get them in ever, and if they do, they die before their even priced.

Geez Rye and Reef fool, always showing me up! Anyway mine is a branching hammer and it has grown more "heads" over the past few months.
Sammy just about the time I think you've gotten me straightened out you get me confused again. Which name is my type?
