First of all...STOP MOVING IT....An anemone will roam some until it finds it's perfect spot....it will NOT be where you want it, and constantly putting it where you want it will end up stressing it until it dies
what type of lighting do you have?

I agree with Meowzer, don't move it.
Also, this specific type of anemone really likes sand beds, that's why it keeps moving there.
Anemones move a lot while they're acclimating. Give it time, it will eventually decide it's home (you can't really do anything about it, except pray that it's not next to a coral). In the mean time, cover your power heads with pantyhose or some sort of netting so that the anemones can't get stuck in there.
And yes, it is normal for it to hide. It's acclimating, leave it be.

I am wondering then if this will be enough light

Probably not if it were any other anemone than a Condi, they're much hardier, but it's still a risk.
Still, if you plan on this being a reef, you're going to need to at least double your lighting.
A warning about this particular anemone: I had one, it doubled in size in less than a month, it moved all over my tank and stung numerous corals. Then it ate a mandarin and a clown goby. I put it in my biocube which was being used for a QT, the thing survived for months under nothing more than a 24 watt PC and then it ate a cleaner shrimp. It also doubled in size again in another 6 weeks. After it ate the cleaner shrimp, it had to go. They're terrible anemones for a reef tank. LFS's should be more responsible in warning people about these things, because usually it's a new hobbyist that buys them because they're cheap and pretty and then gets stuck with a huge fish and invert eating as well as coral killing problem.

As for lighting, I've always gotten great deals on people breaking down tanks on Craigs.... list and on local reef forums, do you belong to any?
Also, the bay (you know the auction site) has Current USA T5's, they're remanned, but Current sells them and warranties them. Worth looking there as well .. sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not.

Don't wanna high jack this thread or anything.. but I have the similar problem with my new GBTA. He's COMPLETELY hiding! Can't see him at all behind the rocks.. I know he's roaming and to let him do his thing but does anyone recommend using a gel based super glue to glue them in place?

If anyone recommends to use superglue to fix the position of an anemone I suggest you put that person on your ignore list.
