hi it looks to me like brooklynella.
brooklynella is a disease most oftenly found in clown fish but can definatley be found in other fish.
TREATMENT
the easiest treatment is a formalin bath.
for more info on treatment just google formalin bath
hope this helps

the clown looks even worse now
i did the formalin bath (2tsp of Formalin-3 in 1g of water for 45 minutes)

what do i do after the bath?
should i do it again if he makes it through the night?

brooklenella takes time to heal so heres more info..
im sorry i wasnt very detailed in treatment
you want to do the treatment once daily for every other day for 3 - 5 treatments total in the mean time you could...
try to keep the best water conditions possible i would probobly do a 10% water change every 4-5 days.
also i mean you dont have to but you could feed them garlic to help boost his imune system.
DO NOT OVERDOSE ON FORMALIN.
good luck and keep me updated

(sorry for the bad spelling lol)

1 for about a month, the other for a few days
i'm going to blame SWF.com for sending me an infected fish

not really, but its within the 15 days, so i'll order another pair to replace them in a month or 2

I had a similar experience with a clown fish from SWF, but I treated mine with Melafix. My lfs recommened it. Its all natural (extracted from tea leaves)& I didn't have to do a huge water change afterwards, but the water smelt like vick's. weird. sorry for your luck. B&W's are awesome
