Speaking of Bacon Let me reccomend the George Forman Grill as a focal point of the Bacon Staple diet, For over a year, probably 5 days a week at least twice a day I would eat a bacon sandwich

The Forman removes the majority of the grease which is disturbing to see and leaves all the goodness. This combined with a healthly? intake of booze smokes vitamins, water

lots of coffee and a strict cardio routine turn you into one mean son of a B
