Please help identify this!

Hello, I have a one spot fox face that has something on him I have never seen since entering this hobby 3 years ago.

I have a 180g tank. All my parameters are spot on and my other fish are looking healthy. Can someone help me identify this. Thanks!

It's hard to tell from the picture but it looks like a bacterial infection.

To me it looks like a type of parasitical flatworm commonly called black ick.

Yeah I stand corrected. Bang is spot on. Look up black ich.. the spots look identical to what's on your fish.
