Please help me identify!!!

I was given a bunch of stuff to help me restart up my 29 gallon biocube. Along with aiptasia >.< I received this guy. I thought it was a type of batfish but I am having a hard time finding the correct type. Can anyone help?
(Sorry it is blurry I don't have a good camera on my phone).

Its a Salfin Tang which should not be in a tank less than 6' long of 180G

Oh no! Wow the guy I got him from had him in a 55 gallon. :/ Poor guy, should I trade him into a saltwater shop or something?

+1....you should immediately find another home for it.....it will stess out in that small tank and end up dieing

Looks like I'm taking a trip to the saltwater store today. Thanks for the help. This guy need the proper space!
