That diet is not good enough, how frequently are you feeding?
All your water readings; ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, pH.

I feed once a night, which i also need advice on, i need a feeding routine, like times i should feed and what i should feed.
This was 2 days ago
Ammonia - 0.00 ppm
Nitrite - 0.00 ppm
Nitrate - Appears to be like between 40 and 80ppm
pH - 7.8
i'll get a updated one in a bit when my homework is done :)
OH, and my clown appears to be doing a lot better! he isn't staying in one location anymore, he is swimming around, and acting fairly normal. He still isn't eating, should i feed him with a syringe again today?

I guessed that you had water quality issues and you do indeed. 40 nitrate means that your system has problem with completing the nitrogen cycle. So, you end up with unprocessed waste in your system in the form of nitrates.
I would suggest for immediate fix, do small daily water changes. 10% a day until your nitrates are down to less than 10. Also, your pH is a tad too low. I believe that with the water changes, that will correct itself. You must use well mixed salt water that has been mixed with a powerhead, preferably for two days before doing to the water change.
You will need to tell us how you have your system set up to see what we can recommend for a long-term solution for your tank. Filters, substrate, live rock, skimmer, etc.
As I suggested before, get a baby bird feeding syringe, and see if you can your assist you clown by coaxing him to feed from the syringe (while he is still able before that growth covers the mouth).
Let us know if you are able to proceed with this, otherwise, not much hope here.

I have 20 pounds of live sand, 35 pounds of live rock, a 405 fluval external filter, Coralife super skimmer for 65 gallon.

Can you post a picture of your entire fish tank.
What media is in the fluval?
Will be able to perform the water changes I suggested?

So unfortunately i was too late for my clown, because it died yesterday, the disease seemed to have eaten through his face, i wish i got a picture of it, but i wasn't thinking. However i am doing the water changes as you told me, i have water mixing right now, i am aerating it and mixing it with a power head.
As for the media in the fluval, i have the circular cement bio max. I have 2 compartments with these. The only other thing i have is the foam pads. BUT i do also have clearmax phosphate remover that i got yesterday. should i add that? it says it can trap phosphate, nitrite and nitrate. Which sounds like something i need lol.
And i'll get pictures up asap.

Lol yeah, i'm not that dumb, i am trying to take care of the whole nitrate problem, and get my pH to the desired level. I'm afraid that i'm doing too many water changes. I'm trying to change 5 gallons every 4 days, for a 35 gallon tank, that seems like a lot?

I would work on upgrading your system so that it is not depended on mechanical filtration. The fluval media, pads, etc., are all debris traps. Unless you clean these weekly, you will have high nitrates.
I'd suggest working on getting your system to rely more on natural filters, such as live sand, live rock, maybe even start up a small refugium, or macro algae tank. This will go a very long way in making your system work much better, and exporting the nitrates out of your tank.
I would concentrate on making your tank a better system now, rather than adding more fish. You may be surprised that that can be just as much fun as watching fish.

Having a refugium was really out of the question for me, thats why i went with the mechanical filter, However, I wouldn't have a big problem with cleaning the pads and things weekly. How could i work on getting more natural filters other then that? I'm guessing more liverock would deffintely be a benifet. I do currently have 35 pounds of liverock in a 35 gallon tank, how much more would i need?
I just checked my parametres and its good news!
Ammonia 0.00
Nitrite: 0.00
Nitrate 20 <~~ This went down a bit!
pH 8.2 :D
AND i bought the vitamins that the guy at the store recomended, its "selcon". Could someone explain to me how to use this? ahaha
