When cycling with live rock in the tank do u leave the lights on or off I can't remeber from when I did my 30gal just starting up a 90gal and need to know... Thank you
It's up to you. Both ways will work. Algae will grow & help cycle the tank with lights but a lot of people don't want to look at the algae so they leave the lights off.
I'm a lights-on type person.
