please ID friend or foe

this little shrimp looking thing has appeared in my rufugium (sorry not sure on spelling) he or she is about 12mm long is he a good or bad guy never seen one. thanks

Looks like a common copepod/amphipod to me...I have tons of them and they've never been cause for concern.

Coeapod (sp)......not sure.
If it is, it's a good critter.

I have tons of the little copepod never had one this big but if he is ok them I wont worry
