please ID worm?

My tank is nearly 2 weeks old. I bought one rock that was 13 lbs and at first, appeared to have no critters. Today I woke up to find this worm looking creature way on the other side of the tank. His tip appears to be stretching out and moving him around when I turn on the light. Please help me ID anyone? If its good or bad? Pictures are blurry but i'll start with the clearest first.

those were with the lights on. WHen they are off, he stretches a few inches about 4.
heres a pic of how skinny/long he gets. it appears he's eating stuff on the sand?
