Just decided to dedicate the 12 with sad lighting to shrooms...
post pix of all your shroomy shrooms! :joy:
here are the ones I have so far (nevermind the mojano - they don't exist anymore

), 2morrow I'm trading in my brown zoos for some more shrooms - wish me good trading!

those r hairy mushrooms (sometimes called frilly shrooms i think) one of them dosent look very healthy

They are Green Ricordea. I wouldn't doubt it if they weren't very healthy because we had them under only 15 watts in our 29 gallon. We didn't realize the lights put out such little light. We got new lights the other day and it's gotten bigger, proably twice a big. We ordered them from this site and they gave us 2 polyps instead of one.

How much lighting do you need to use these? I have them under 80 watts right now. In there future they will be under 260 watts of PC lights.
