Here's my custom 75 (60"L X 18"D X 16"T). This is before I got my canopy with 440 watts of VHO.

no offense... *no need in being rude and offensive* ... i don't know if you realize this... but you can put a baby any tang in a 75. all the babies are like half an inch long.
and by the way... no tangs in a 55... i know you're not going to listen to me because your mind is set on it's fine... but truely it's not., notice how everybody disagrees with you... don't buy a tang if you get a 55, it'll just die.

I disagree. It may be frowned upon, and may stress certain or even most tangs out, but will not necessairly die.
We've had a yellow tang in a 55gal all his life, and he's got to be about 5+ years old. Never had ich, and is large and healthy. He's getting a bigger home soon because he grew up.
BUT. To try and pick on someones "ignorance", then tell them the fish WILL die is incorrect.

You know what I am really starting to hate about this forum? All the fighting and complaining about tangs. Almost every thread turns into a tang thread. Some people need to try and not be so rude. If you want to be a part of an online community, and help people, and learn some yourself, you should really try and be a bit more pollite. This is not aimed at any particular person just in general. Go ahead Flame
me up.. I don't mind.

I got my Coralife super skimmer for under $100 and I think its a great skimmer..pulls TONS of nasty stuff.
The 400 or the 110 will be fine..plus add some powerheads as well.
I just dont like them that much and switching to a canister

Yes it was built by me. I had to make it that size because their are two 175w hamilton pendants hanging inside. They are 8" above the water with four 4" fans keeping it all cool.
