YEAH.....It's been pretty boring lately :(
I totally agree, it feel spooky that it's so quiet on this forum.
I'm in 'limbo'. I set up my QT almost 2 months ago and was planning on adding a Midas and Royal Gramma...then that plan fell through. We've been looking for a home to buy, and I realized that we might actually be moving sooner than I originally thought. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to move a tank (even a small one like my 30 gallon BioCube). I really hope my fish and coral survive the move. It's probably best until after the move to add the new fish. I've since taken apart my QT and have it just waiting. I know some people hire companies to help move their tanks....do you think this would be a good idea for me? I just want my DT moved in one piece and all of my little babies to survive. What exactly does a tank moving company do??

Glad it worked out for ya.....can't help you with the cooking rock tho :(
Lol..... I have done alot of reading on this and got plenty of notes so I should be good to go. Keeping it outside as much as possible to get natural sunlight. I plan on covering it at night with a screen and during the day opening it up. Should be fun.
Dad and I will be building a canopy for the wifes tank to house her new LED's, well,,,,,,, I'm volunteering my assistance anyway LOL....

Tirtza,
If you are uncomfortable moving it yourself - hire someone who has done it hundreds of times. There's less of a chance of something going wrong when professionals do it. Not saying that you couldn't do it yourself, but if you do feel uncomfortable doing it - please let someone else do it for you!
