hey rotary, how hard is it to make ur own rock? i checked out this one site that has how to vids on it, but, comin from an expert, how hard is it?

I don't make my own rock LOL... I just take advantage of craiglist desperation and stock up!!!
I'm no expert, I've just already made all the mistakes lol...

do u know how to do it? i mean, from that site, it doesnt look to difficult, just get some portland 1 cement, mix, mold, let set, then cure it lol

nah.. I like the natural stuff... there's some bulk reef supply eco rocks out there too...that stuff looks kinda cool, but I probably wouldn't get it.

the real stuff is nice, but jesus does it get expensive, i guess when we get ready to do this once we get our own place, we're just gonna have to shop craigslist LOL

look for the key words.. "failed business" "divorce" "international move" "big tank leaking" etc.. LOL

LOL yeah, kinda like one deal we saw on here that was gone before we could jump on it, i mean, i think it lasted like 3 hours tops LOL lady sold her hubby's 500g custom built tank, stand, canopy, MH lights, 250g sump/refugium, everything, for 250 bucks

wow... I woulda brought a 12gauge to fight off other would be buyers LOL... dude he must have done something REALLY bad to deserve that.

oh, that was the kicker LOL she'd had him thrown in jail right before she did the sale, it was, first person to show up with the cash gets to take everything, make sure you bring help, i will not hold it for youw hile you get help to move the tank LOL

softies... stock light...but would look way better under anything more than stock lol..i.e. Metal halide..
pipe organ=lps.. same light requirements though.

sweetness, those are some awesomely colored corals man, very psychedelic LOL and dude, what do u think of this for a stock list, pair of clowns, and a goby of some kind, Flaming Prawn Goby he's pretty cool and so is Greenbanded Goby and so is your favorite :p Yashia Shrimp Goby LOL he's in the running for a stocklist for a nano :p plus hermits, dwarf blue legs of course LOL and electric blue legs LOL
yes yes, i know, i cant afford this, but, daggumit, i can at least work up a stock list LOL
