They are not Asexual. You need a mature male and female. After reaching a length of 10 or 11 inches the shell will begin to flair out instead of curving around. That's when you know they are mature.

My conch produced a baby with out mating!! There were no other conches in the tank had she was 2 years old before giving birth!! Now explain that one for me lol

immaculate conception i guess, maybe you caught one as a hitchhiker, otherwise i agree with bang guy.

hmmm ok well something happend, she wasnt in contact with anyother conches since shes been in the tank and thats been for 2 years. hmmm ok

Maybe it's possible. The Black Widow Spider can have 4 sets of young over a 2 year stretch before she has to mate again. I've heard from some that she can hold sperm for up to a recorded 5 years.
