Question about lights.

I have a 55g with a single 48" bulb. The tank is a FOWLR so I was wondering what bulb would be best for an all around use. I want it to be bright but I want it to bring out good color in the fish too.

Sorry, but there's just no way you're going to make it look bright with just the single bulb.

i have to agree, your gonna need atleast 2. or maybe get 2 twin tube tops.

near impossible, the only real hope is 50/50 bulb. a 10k would be brighter and show true color, but the 50/50 will and color enhancments.
