Just got one from this site. Has really not moved more than a couple of inches from the corner of my tank. Is it dieing? Or do they take time to acclimate? Don't ask if I dripped him. OF COURSE!
OK, then I will not bother him. It almost seems like he is trying to move but can't. I actually thought he was caught on something so I moved things a little bit around him. I think he needs a wheelchair.

Probably eating every little bit of algae in that spot.
Really? Wow, then he might be there for a few weeks. LOL. Just wish he was in a spot where I could get a good view of him.
Since they are photosynthetic it should be heading to higher ground to take advantage of the light. What kind of Macroalgae do you have in the tank for it?

THEY ARE????? I had no idea.....
wowwww, you learn something new every day
There is some Caulerpa on some of the rocks. There is hair algae here and there but maybe to long for him to eat. The tank is 3-4 years old so there should be enough right? Am I suppose to be doing something else?

They have the ability to keep the chloroplasts from Macroalgae whole and store them in their body where they continue to photosynthesize sugar that they can use for energy.
They are also not Nudibranch but they are Seaslugs, just a different family.

I don't think they can eat hair algae. I know they can eat Bryopsis and a few species of Caulerpa, C. racemosa for sure.

How the Hell do you know all this? Holy crap!! So should I go get something to feed this slug? Should I spot feed it or something?
CAN I try to pick it up and move it on top of some rock or will I hurt it? I am just concerned it is stuck under this rock. Seems to be moving it front portion but it back is going nowhere. Can I pick it up?
