I got my 28g nano cube hqi a couple of weeks ago. I set it up with water, sand and liverock from my 120g that I am taking down. I've had the 120 set up for about 2 years. I started the cycle with a raw shrimp and now after a small ammonia spike all my levels are good. this is only about 10 days after i put in the shrimp. I think the cycle is over, and its ok to start adding livestock I was just looking for a second opinion. thanks.

I wouldn't put in anything delicate but I don't see a problem with slowly adding hearty livestock. Remember that there's a big difference between a cycled tank and a mature tank. It will still be unstable for a while.
Have you been feeding the tank?

Bang Guy!! its great to see you still on these boards. I have not posted here in quite a while, its good to see that you are still here!!
The only livestock that I still have I have in my 120 is my false perc, and my pink spotted goby. I think I am going to wait about another week before adding any of my fish. I have been feeding the tank a half cube of frozen food every other day. I had a lot of hermits, snails, and other little critters hitch a ride on the LR and they are all doing good.
