Quick question about lighting cycle

Ok this is what I have:
24 Gallon Aquapod, 64W Compact Fluorescent System - Includes: Surface skimming filtration system, 1-32W square pin Dual Daylight 10000°K/6700°K Daylight bulb, 1-32W square pin Dual Actinic 460nm/420nm Actinic bulb
My 2 questions are How should the light cycle go, meaning do I turn both on in the morning or 1 then the other or what?
Also what type of corals could be supported in this tank.
The tank is just replacing an older tank that had 1 yellow watchman goby in it. It has been running for @2 months in the new tank and @ 1.5 yrs total.

It doesn't matter, whatever is appealing for you.
I would try LPS like Frogspawn and Candy Cane with some nice mushrooms like Ricordea yuma.
Or, softies like Colt coral.

Also do I leave the actinic light on at night
No, most corals require a night period to stay healthy.
Actinics do not appear bright to human eyes but to corals they are almost as bright as your daylight bulbs.
