BEFORE I DRIVE 1.5 IS EVERYONE STILL HAPPY OR NOT? IS IT WORTH THE TRIP

I think it is a bit early yet for me, might be just in my head but the corals do look more vibrant. The monti cap looks real dark orange, the acro I have has a lot of new growth, It might just be in my head like I said.

I think it is too early for me too....I have only done 2 w/c's with it....I will be doing another one this weekend
I really don't see anything different yet though

I ordered some of this salt from my LFS too.....comes in next week! Can't wait to see if anything changes!

+1 Even though I have a car, I ride my bike to and from work, to get groceries, to do my laundry, to pick up stuff from CVS/Walgreens... I end up biking about 25+ miles a week sometimes.

I buy the bags of salt, they're easier to fit in my carry-on/luggage rack. I typically buy a month or two at a time without problems. Now, a 5g bucket is a different story.
I can fit a full bag of laundry on my bike... that's about 30 to 40 pounds. LOL! Where there's a hill, there's a way...
I also have been out of work for two months and the back tire on my car is flat and needs to be replaced. I can't buy gas for my car, I was lucky to get groceries and pay electricity and rent last month. I just use my wife's car when I gotta go anywhere long distance.
And no, I'm not poor-mouthing, just sharing experience.

Oh, and uhh, sorry to the OP for the hijack. I didn't mean to, lol.
In the next couple of months when I get back to work, I plan on switching to Saltwater Correct, and getting my salt in the mail... I've heard a lot of good reviews about it, and all of the profit made from selling their salt and chemicals goes to aquaculture research. I'm all for that.

WELL....I just did w/c #3 on the 225G.,......funny thing is....somehow I messed up the cup count, and it read 1.035

40G's worth....LOL...SOOOO to get it to 1.026...I used my 5G w/c bucket...and was able to do w/c's in the 29G, 28G, 54G and 10G all to make room in the brute to get the water to 1.026......HAHA>.
OH YEAH.....It was cloudy again....BUT....within 30 minutes in all tanks it cleared.....

Like Meowser, I've only done a couple of water changes with it but I have noticed that all of a sudden the coralline in all may tanks has exploded. I've never had a problem growing it but it's everywhere and I'm having trouble keeping the glass clean. Ive also notices my finger leather and Xenia have almost overnight grown. As of right now, I'm very happy with it

I made the drive and bought it. Have to use up my red sea before I break it out. hopefully I get the same results.
