LOL... I know there are nurses out there that wake y'all up. Usually they are the old farts, the perfectionists, the student/pretty new grad and then there are those that are on probation so they are walking a very straight line.
The next time someone wakes you up at 4am to take your temperature knowing you only fell asleep an hour ago.... you better hope they're one of the first 3.

How is the fishy patient doing?

He is doing much better, his mouth is looking alot better. I haven't gotten him out of the display tank yet, I think it would cause him more stress in the long run chasing him with a net and temporarily removing the puffer is something I don't think I would do either. His mouth actually seems to have healed quite well and he is actually grazing on the garlic algae sheets I have been putting in for him. He also eats like crazy when I feed the other fish mysis shrimp...all in all he I am surprised at how fast he has bounced back from such a seemingly severe injury. Will post pics and more info in a day or two. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP YOU GUYS!!!

ug just got out of the hospitol yesterday(had my thyroid taken out. and those dang nurses! lol they come in felt like every five minutes asking to take temp and blood pressure and ask how are you sleeping!! then when its time for you to get to LEAVE there no where to be found!!! lol
OYEA! HOW IS THE FISH DOING ITS BEEN ACOUPLE DAYS NOW??

it's your blood that thy come for, at 4am... but it's all for the best. I hope you feeling well and you and your fish make a good and speedy recovery

Glad to hear about the rabbit.... they are incredible fish.
i must of had 4 different nurses through out the night and the cool one only came in once! she saw one of my books about reef tanks so she was cool to talk to!! and it didnt hurt that she was a knock out even in those flowery nurses cloths they where!

Well he is still doing well, I believe he is still healing both mentally and physically...but will make it. He can't eat the algae like he use to, but has taken well to mysis.
